Our Biographies

Patricia Nation is an attorney with the Nation Law Firm where she is a trial lawyer in real estate law, business and government, commercial law and employment.  She is founder of First Arkansas Title, where she serves as President and General Counsel. Mrs. Nation is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, and she is licensed to practice in the State of Arkansas, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit of Appeals and the United States District Court of Arkansas. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Arkansas Land Title Association.  Mrs. Nation is honorary Chairman for President Bush’s Business Advisory Counsel, and was named by President Bush as Arkansas' Business Woman of the Year in 2005. She received her B.S. degree from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and her J.D. degree from the University Of Arkansas School Of Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas.  Mrs. Nation’s years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate closings, bring a very high level of competency to the attorney’s writing title.

 

 

Shelley M. Bolling is co-founder of First Arkansas Title, where she serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  She has 11 years of Data Processing Management experience, which includes system installation, repair, analysis, and fund processing.  In addition, she has several years experience as a national trainer for a Fortune 200 company.  As CFO, Mrs. Bolling’s many years experience and integrity in processing large batches of funds, brings a high level of support to the Company.  In addition, her years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate closings and as a national trainer, provide excellent education for the support staff.
